Exhibition stand builder in Abidjan, Ivory Coast
Abidjan is home ground: the 2,140 m² workshop, the design studio and our largest bench all sit here. Stands for SARA, SITA and the congress calendar ship across town, not across a border.
The bench in Abidjan.
This is where every BOOTH SMITH project starts — the drawings for all eight countries are produced in the Abidjan studio. For local shows, that means the shortest chain we can offer: studio, bench and venue within one city, a 14-day standard window, and same-day workshop visits if you want to see your stand mid-build.
Like every market we serve, Ivory Coast works on the split model: design and engineering stay in the Abidjan studio, fabrication and raise-day happen here, by a crew that lives here. What crosses the border is a drawing pack — never a truck. The finish standard is enforced with the shared sample board and a 22-photo raise-day audit reviewed against the drawings before your walk-through.
Pricing follows the network's flat logic: the 600 € incl. tax / m² baseline with a 1.00 country factor — from 600 € incl. tax per m² (≈ XOF 393,600 / m²). The factor covers exactly one thing: material logistics into the local market, and it appears as its own labelled line in the quote. The rate includes design, fabrication, raise and strike; venue services (power, rigging) and screen hardware (re-invoiced at cost +10%) are itemised separately — no hidden costs. Run your configuration in the 10-second estimate, or file a brief for a firm quote within 48 hours.

Questions we hear from clients in Abidjan.
- How much does an exhibition stand cost in Abidjan?
- The baseline is 600 € incl. tax per m² (≈ XOF 393,600). A 12 m² custom stand starts around 7,200 € all-in — design, fabrication, raise and strike included. No country adder applies in Ivory Coast.
- What is the lead time for a stand in Abidjan?
- 14 days from signed brief to raise-day — the shortest in our network, since the workshop and the venues share a city. A rush option (+15%) can compress it further.
- Can we visit the workshop during the build?
- Yes. Abidjan clients are welcome at the Yopougon workshop for the dry-fit — most sign off finishes in person, standing next to the actual panels.
